Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases of physical products from PDF Models Ltd via https://www.pdf-models.co.uk/. 

 

1. Your Right to Cancel 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. 

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within this 14-day period. 

 

2. Returning Goods 

Once you have notified us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. 

Returned items must: - Be unused - Be in their original condition and packaging - Include all parts and accessories 

You are responsible for returning postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

 

3. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days. 

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. 

Standard delivery charges will be refunded; additional delivery costs (such as express shipping) are non-refundable. 

 

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue. 

 

5. Custom or Personalized Items 

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described. 

 

6. International Returns 

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges unless the item is faulty.
